Amp is not recognized by Windows when plugged with USB

Maybe you should try to perform a clean install of the ASIO driver.

1. Uninstall previously installed ASIO driver
2. Reboot your computer before re-installing the ASIO Driver
3. Make sure your amp is not connected to the computer with the Spark USB Cable.
4. Install ASIO drivers and plug the USB cable when you have a “Next” button appearing after the ASIO driver files were installed.

Warning

ASIO driver install must be done with Spark USB cable unplugged.
