Sound is coming through mobile/tablet, not the Spark

If your mobile device is already connected to the Spark amp with the app and music playback comes through the phone/table instead of the amp, you should try the following:

You amp can only support one audio source among :

  • Bluetooth audio
  • USB audio
  • AUX

In case of multiple connections, priority will be given in the following order :
AUX > USB > Bluetooth

On the Spark MINI, the priority will be different:
AUX > Bluetooth > USB

If you’re using just a your Bluetooth connection :
Make sure blue light on the back of your amp is flashing (If light in not blinking it means the Spark is already connected to another device)

  1. Connect the app to the amp
  2. Go to your device settings, and connect to the device “Spark 40 Audio”
