Since this update brings licensed gear, it has a price. To get access to the pack you’ll need to pay USD19.99 ( EUR19.99 or GBP17.99)
IMPORTANT NOTE: purchase are made in-app and are tied to your email address. You can use the Hendrix add-on on multiple devices (up to 5) as long as you use the same address.
if you want to use your add-on on Bias FX Desktop or Mobile, you’ll have to purchase the pack again as these are considered different platforms.
Firmware update
As you get new amp/effect models, you have to update your amp firmware. You’ll need access to a computer (either a PC or a Mac). The full update procedure is available here. I’ve updated the document today (Oct 12, 2021).
I don’t see any way to add this package from the app. In the App Store, if an app offers in-app purchases, there is note to that effect under the “Get” button. There is no such note for this app. There is also nothing I can find in the app when it’s open that would allow me to purchase or download the package.
So please explain how I can get the Experience Hendrix package.
Once in the app, click on the music note in the bottom menu.
On top of the screen you’ll get a Hendrix visual. Click on it and you’ll be able to purchase the Hendrix pack
