Performing a factory reset won’t affect your tones uploaded to Tonecloud or saved on your phone/tablet, in the Spark App.
However, it will erased custom tones you might have assigned to the 4 presets. So don’t forget to save them on your app or ToneCloud before performing the factory reset.
